I purchased a solution from Institute of Institute on July 13, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bryon Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
