Hidden fees discovered from Prestige Living Paris

On September 8, 1972, I signed up for Prestige Living Paris's maintenance program at their South Maxie, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $302.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nya Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
