The Craft Spice refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5010-XBT-8038 placed with The Craft Spice on February 28, 1996. I paid $878.13 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sandra W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
