I am writing regarding order #ORD-5172-EXE-1855 placed with CyberNexus on October 6, 1999. I paid $280.3 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Francesco B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
