I have been a loyal customer of CyberNexus for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-3747-VLR-4445) on January 23, 2001, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
