Refund refused by Shoppe Exchange Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8101-NRL-3834 placed with Shoppe Exchange Inc. on October 14, 2010. I paid $632.36 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Conor Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
