Quality issues with Advisory Chambers of Defender product

I purchased a unit from Advisory Chambers of Defender on August 17, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Beth A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
