I purchased a subscription from AICore Fort Worth on July 6, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Liliane T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
