Refund refused by Precision Construction & Sons

On July 28, 1989, I signed up for Precision Construction & Sons's troubleshooting service at their South Jayne, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $559.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zoey Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
