Quality Contractors & Sons Group provided defective product

On December 10, 1975, I signed up for Quality Contractors & Sons Group's premium plan at their Grimesbury, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $171.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vernie F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
