Billing dispute with Quality-Properties

On March 18, 1999, I signed up for Quality-Properties's customer support at their South Deltashire, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $636.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brennan Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
