I purchased a gadget from Essential Institute on October 5, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bianka O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
