Refund refused by Dynamic Renovations Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5405-MDO-7811 placed with Dynamic Renovations Inc. on January 31, 1970. I paid $799.23 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brenna Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
