Expert-Builders failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a unit from Expert-Builders on March 18, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rhoda V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 03, 2025 05:55It's now been 11 days since my initial complaint, and Expert-Builders still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their upgrade plan.
