I purchased a software from The Genius Class on September 23, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Letitia N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
