I purchased a account from The Genius Class on October 29, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Demetris V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
