False promises made by The Genius Class representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8488-GSL-4924 placed with The Genius Class on June 30, 1976. I paid $644.78 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ezequiel A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
