Tech-Sys refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8623-HCB-2567 placed with Tech-Sys on April 10, 1970. I paid $30.82 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marguerite O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
