False promises made by Tech-Sys representative

On March 29, 2006, I signed up for Tech-Sys's upgrade service at their Collinsshire, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $791.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daren X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
