Wellness Healing failed to honor their commitment

On December 20, 2007, I signed up for Wellness Healing's repair service at their North Zelmaberg, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $598.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jannie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
