I have been a loyal customer of WareFusion Hanover for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-8500-DWJ-8689) on August 21, 1985, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
