I have been a loyal customer of WareFusion Hanover for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-2977-RWF-4732) on September 9, 1987, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
