I purchased a gadget from Habitat Services on October 14, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Domingo P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
