Misleading advertising by Wellness Path Partners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6589-AYE-8575 placed with Wellness Path Partners on May 18, 1995. I paid $788.78 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rhett J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
