Warranty claim denied by Practice & Team Kyoto

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4470-BQZ-8561 placed with Practice & Team Kyoto on February 7, 2020. I paid $133.30 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Zelma D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
