I am writing regarding order #ORD-3999-NAJ-7108 placed with First Depot Place on September 27, 1989. I paid $802.20 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Caterina O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
