I have been a loyal customer of The Smart Education for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-8570-NXV-1674) on November 28, 2022, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
