I purchased a package from The Elite Thinkers on August 24, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Uriel E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
