I purchased a system from Solicitor & Firm Group on August 21, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Naomie Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
