Warranty claim denied by Solicitor & Firm Group

On June 21, 2011, I signed up for Solicitor & Firm Group's installation service at their Port Reese, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $839.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shana K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
