IntegratedHospital Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3849-OCH-4900 placed with IntegratedHospital Corp. on March 7, 2002. I paid $335.56 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vaughn O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
