I am writing regarding order #ORD-1279-INJ-1750 placed with Advanced Services on July 13, 2020. I paid $313.88 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Halie O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
