Justice Practice of Professional refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3388-MWQ-2456 placed with Justice Practice of Professional on May 13, 1971. I paid $860.40 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lula E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
