Billing dispute with Mega Mart Nation

On February 15, 2007, I signed up for Mega Mart Nation's exchange program at their Kodyfort, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $364.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Berry A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
