Misleading advertising by Modern Habitat International

I purchased a application from Modern Habitat International on January 21, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jerald Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
