I am writing regarding order #ORD-7922-IQW-8128 placed with Modern Habitat International on February 21, 2002. I paid $904.50 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Concepcion Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
