I want to report a serious concern with FusionPulse's product that I purchased on December 29, 2019 from your Port Arnaldomouth, Louisiana store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Boris G., but my issue remains unresolved.
