Unsatisfactory resolution from Data Dev

On October 30, 1992, I signed up for Data Dev's upgrade service at their Aracelifort, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $97.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Otis I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
