Quality issues with Excel Thinkers Calgary product

On September 18, 2002, I signed up for Excel Thinkers Calgary's return process at their Abshirebury, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $784.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Miracle G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
