Billing dispute with Consulting Advisors, Advisors

On November 7, 1995, I signed up for Consulting Advisors, Advisors's troubleshooting service at their Yolandahaven, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $134.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lucas L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
