I purchased a unit from The Pioneer Class Austin Corp. on January 31, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stephen Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
