On August 15, 1988, I signed up for Fusion Cloud's support package at their West Zettaview, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $905.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Paul K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
