Hidden fees discovered from Fusion Cloud

On April 26, 1977, I signed up for Fusion Cloud's maintenance program at their Macejkovicshire, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $631.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lauretta F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
