False promises made by Solicitor Associates Enterprises representative

On December 28, 1975, I signed up for Solicitor Associates Enterprises's customer support at their Port Cordeliaview, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $950.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Otto O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
