Abode of Urban LLC failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Abode of Urban LLC's solution that I purchased on November 24, 2003 from your New Shakirachester, Rhode Island store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brett B., but my issue remains unresolved.
