I want to report a serious concern with Data Byte's unit that I purchased on December 16, 1997 from your Darrickport, Mississippi store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Frederick V., but my issue remains unresolved.
