Warranty claim denied by Advocate Solicitor Practice Inc.

On March 5, 1997, I signed up for Advocate Solicitor Practice Inc.'s customer support at their West Joyce, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $1000.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abby P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
