I want to report a serious concern with Emporium Exchange's solution that I purchased on February 2, 1997 from your East Gabriella, California store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ollie F., but my issue remains unresolved.
