Misdiagnosis complaint against UnitedPractice

On February 22, 2013, I signed up for UnitedPractice's support package at their Wymanburgh, Maine location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $543.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tyrique S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
