Hospital Network Corp. refused to address issue

On July 31, 1989, I signed up for Hospital Network Corp.'s premium plan at their Lake Rae, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $600.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edison J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
